Not an official Community website. The abuse of the landslide land..right here in Los Angeles county under the Coastal Commission control. Not enforced, I am putting this up as proof of the issues I call the city about. I will give you the photos and you can see what I see and make up your mind. I am anti top soil destruction and I worry about the safety of the community with all the illegal dumping and untested fill and grading on the landslide.

The Blue Truck RAYS dumping another Regular to the PBCA
This is my friend RAYS dumping he is very active here in our community, it is great just putting untested soil all over an active landslide instead of driving it to POWAY ca-Ching!
