Pederson 23 Peppertree Lot strikes again and LaForest 21 CherryHill Lane too

A great Satuday dump on Pedersons lot at 4:30 rattled our teeth got a picture it was construction trash gravel and wood.  He then graded it over the side.

Dumping Update on SITE #3 LimeTree Lots (Every Three Months)

So it has been a few months and as usual ...3 Limetree has reactivated - I reported and recorded the first trucks sadly two more full days of dumping was allowed this was very very close to my home and did change our level , our drawers are now rolling open.  This fellow is a regular dumper and he was able to get at least 12 to 16 loads Plus down, I was told there was a stop work order but - this fellow like the honey badger does not really care, ·         

• this dumping was reported Wednesday Oct 5 2016
• the dumping was recorded and photos sent to the city on Wednesday Oct 5 2016
• Since that time 12 to 16 more dumps have been placed recorded now Oct 10th
•  this is not remedial dumping
• this soil is not approved or tested fill
• If you follow the trucks they will not go to their job site so the fill is not permitted
• this is not dumping to help the homeowners home stability it is far from his home as possible and close to mine
• this dumping is not to close or cover fissure or crack there was not a crack
•  this dumping is not to improve drainage 
•  this dumping fill a low spot it is bringing the land higher the land was already higher than the house lot 
•  this dumping  will increase the drainage into the  home
• this fill will not help stop the landslide or stabilize any soil
• this dumping has made my home NOT LEVEL

Dumping Today two loads witnessed. and I followed the truck LIVE

Today David began his dumping at 8:06 AM the first truck pulled up and waited, David opened his gate and let him into his property.  The second load showed up at 9:38 AM  David opened his gate and let him into his property.  Today this is a new full sized white truck not the blue strip truck or the D and S truck but a new one this one has a orange square on it.  I am uploading the photos and video now. I followed the truck from this point using FACEBOOK Live and it drove around the hill then stopped at PCH at Micheals plaza for a phone call then moved on and drove to Wilmington and then got on the freeway. I then had to go to work as the students scholarships went live today.

I expect that I ruined this fellows schedule and he will be back at this in the morning.

These pictures where taken from PV drive south you can see from these pictures that my neighbors dumping business if visible naked eye from the landslide turnout on PV drive south, This angers me because they say they cannot catch this fellow but I can see his trucks from the public road. In these pictures are several dump trucks including my favorite blue striper EDCO truck with no plates that are stored on his lot.

HAPPY DANCE IS OVER - David Opens the gates again ...

Today the dumping started 7:30 AM and it is a new truck seen here - it drove to PVE GranVia Altimira to pick up its loads and return.

There we several dumploads and grading that ran all morning, The city was notified I went to the desk Julie Told me that it is OK for my neighbor to dump all he wants on the active landslide, building moratorium parcels and grade all he wants, they have not issued any stop work order. He is doing remedial dumping and grading over 50 Loads this year and many hundreds last years, So basically I caught him but he got away - he is a lawyer and he will just keep dumping - I will keep showing anyone who cares my life at the dumping in the city of Rancho Palos Verdes.

I am destroyed finding out the city did nothing and this fellow can still run a full dumping operation next door to my home.

I am very depressed and shaky in my heart and hands.

RPV ACTS !!! Small victory but at least it is something HAPPY HAPPY DANCE

RPV city reports they have investigated all of my reports.. and finally I did at least enough flag raising and filming and thanks to others filming to got enough evidence. My Neighbor got a Stlop work order.   They also are getting the equipment requested to move away this will help too. Oh be still my twittering heart that some progress has MAYBE been made when I go a whole year without a dumptruck and grading next door I will believe it.

Another Eric EDCO SHUT DOWN Thanks PVE

Yes - all my fear and work this morning closed his contract - PVE to the RESCUE! They took action and closed down the use of this Blue stripe dumptruck for the pool being built and going in and they now have to show valid dump receipts.

This is Illegal dumping on an active landslide for profit this it is wrong on so many levels with no further discussion,  

I was tailgated and ran down this morning and I am not sure if it was related but I am not making any friends with new White Vans with old white men!

PBCA RUMORS

BTW:  This dumping is not for the PBCA community.  There is some rumor that there would be he be dumping to block access to dumping on the bean field,  HUH ?  Well they are not dumping there!  This is not for the saving of a landslide home, This is for profit ($$$) this is the same people doing the same thing on the same private land not the bean field.

There should be NO dumping in PBCA not by Chuck or David, Eric or any dumptruck there are NO permits. More dumping will not stop dumping.  No rumors, No BS. This is the hand of man taking advantage of people and open space and land abuse for profit.

The PBCA Landslide Dumping begins AGAIN surprise not surprised

AND We begin again 

I have filmed and recorded the same dump truck seen here pickup up 3 loads at 2736 Paseo Del Mar PVE and dumping them on the active landslide moratorium lot located  1 Rose Apple RPV lower lot behind 4 Roseapple in PBCA.  This dumping is not for the PBCA community or saving of a landslide home it is for profit.  The person at 2736 insisted they have a permit, but PVE said no.  Who knows but I did not see anyone from the city show up and stop the dumping... and it breaks my heart and tears my soul the environmental greed and lack of action. Avatar is not on a planet far away no it is right behind my home and the same actors are here - I wish I was big and blue and had a dragon.

I also had a White Van tailgate me and drive aggressively I am not sure if they where related but it came out of no place as I followed my friend to his PVE contract.  I am making no friends.

This dumping is happening on an easy to watch and catch schedule.  

Three loads where dropped first at 7:40 the next at 8:30 the last at 9:30 AM.

TIP: Please find a new dump not my next door neighbor..YOU ARE NOT WELCOME in our landslide you smell and stink and are noisy and you are ruining all the topsoil.  Endangering Landslide homes with unnecessary soil with content or even toxins from who knows where? Well I do lately.. actually..

Happy 4th of July DUMP 2016 NEW CONTRACT FOR ERIC

This is todays dumping the illegally stored dumptruck with no plate tagged EDCO owned by ERIC started up this morning from his hiding place on the lower lot next door and headed to a new job yes he has a new contract for the 4th of July.  He will be dumping all weekend for sure. Here is recorded footage GO ERIC dump dump dump on the top soil of Portuguese bend for profit.  Then go home to your nice home.  Our community is such a dump.  This would never happen in Beverly Hills or Rolling Hills but then again we store a tractor on our scenic drive.. so you know Hillbilly RPV.

There is no plate the truck is blue stripes please let me know if you see this truck filling in Torrance or San Pedro or Wilmington. It is not going Far and I am sure I am going to have to follow it again.

The city has no evidence and pictures of Dump trucks driving our neighborhood are useless they need dumping.

UPDATE I get a small victory! Temple Beth El helps me out by saying no to White Dump truck with Blue Stripe!

Well Google Maps is a bit old but you can see the dumping in PBCA

I spent some time on Google Maps today you should too.. you can see all the dumping at the dump I call PBCA.. You should too !  Can you find the following the personal horse track?  The Golf Course?   Baseball diamond?

This amount of fill boggles my mind it is private land nothing to do with saving a landslide home or stopping the landslide.  

This asphalt was put down in dumps four years back you can see in my blog here there is no residence allowed on this lot but trailers living is and the road is slowly getting built in this picture to the tent city, update now there are pipe stalls too and Now all the asphalt dumps are graded there is now parking where land used to be? parking for whom? of course no permits...you know...

This is pretty far from my home this looks a lot like Fill to me!  They may have permits but why bring in fill to a landslide can you not build with out dumping?

I personally heard most of these dumps, many at 7PM. The dump trucks provided over 40 loads dumped above my home building a new cliff and back road. No Permits.

This lot is gated off now but at one time this was an extended dumping ground I am so glad they sold it and it is gated now.  You can see this was  a dump from the soil color and traffic.  I hope they trust this soil there are children here now.

The Lomita Sheriff cannot touch them- no help! what to do? HELP

So the Sheriff pulled the good ole' this emergency is bigger than yours.. go call the city advice!! The city will not catch these people - I am in am endless loop what can I do other than open my own illegal dump? 

Now the truck the city chased off one lot lives not more that 50 Feet from my bedroom.. I sleep with the Dump truck that pillages the land, it reallyburns my biscuits!

 We see you called us just a bit before 8am today. The deputy received your call, but he had to respond to a residential burglary alarm, a 'person not breathing' call, and a suspicious person call prior to arriving to your call .

 Our deputy was able to determine that no violation of the penal code had occurred regarding the dumping of dirt onto private property

Tuesday at the PBCA Dumping and Moving the White truck with Blue Stripe no PLATES

Today I emailed the City when the dump truck with no license plate left 42 Peppertree and  the community white truck with blue stripe driven by white hair tall thin older fellow at 6:30.

This have everyone 45 Minutes to prepare. Because they are getting fill at Temple Beth El in San Pedro

The truck returned 8:00 after I hid my commuter car as they are watching me.

I called RPV city and the Sheriff dispatch.  I waited 20 minutes while this truck dumped on the Middle lot and then came back up parked right next to my home the truck is visible from TANGERINE.

The Sheriff did not arrive nor did anyone from the city.

There are no license plates on this truck.

I had to go to work.  David and the Truck driver discussed issues in Davids driveway.  The large crane has an issue and some other issues with equipment.

The truck is now on the lot that would be described as 4 Roseapple.  He drives over the Roseapple Easement (?) to park this lot

 I suppose the dump made parking difficult mid lot.

Good Monday all 

This weekend called for extra fumes on 42 Peppertree here is what resulted the truck got moved and all the cranes got moved and the tractors also reports of a downed service wire.

Today it was the WEST SIDES Turn

Today's dumping comes to you on the WEST side SURPRISE  yes this dumping is being done next to and on the lots in the west side as photos show and where taken today taken from the east side across the valley, also following this truck!  Yes this truck it has a red square logo and it is a regular to our community - PEOPLE mistakenly think it is going to the "jog Site" but it is going down the drive to dump off Narcissa that is why it is seen here taking a left instead of  NOT coming down from the "Job site".  Thanks to your community contractors our roads are getting destroyed and our top soil buried by toxic fill that is coming IN through our gates to get dumped on the ancient landslide.  Brillant greed for these ECO TERRORIST.    Leave your mark on the earth.  Do you see the pretty different color soils here ?

This home has been trying to fill up the landslide one dump at a time for  15 years.  Go get em. Sadly I get to hear and smell every dump loads up scape of this location.  The road behind this dump was all untested fill brought in at 2008.

Good Morning Dumping -7:30 am  the trucks are rolling again one month downtime and they are all back in 45 minute roations, dumping on the active landslide of PBCA.  This is my friend Stripes - this dump truck lives on the property up the street.  So cool to have a commercial dumping company as a neighbor right?

This lovely dump I get to walk by each morning because I live in a an unregulated dump.  This is not for saving anyones property in the landslide this was just dump.  The funny thing with this dump we saw the truck it ripped its front fender trying to dump this and bent it all up $$$$$

#DTSC served the warrants Dumping and Toxic testing

On Wednesday, April 27th, four search warrants were served at four separate locations including PVPUSD offices and AYSO Region 10 offices.

Agents and investigators with the California Department of Toxic Substances, the Federal Environmental Protection Agency, the Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office and the Los Angeles County Fire Department's Certified Unified Program Agency (CUPA) served the warrants.

AYSO's Brent Daniel was reportedly questioned by investigators. PVPUSD administrators, while cooperative, declined to be interviewed by investigators without their attorneys present.

Also on Wednesday, officials from the California Department of Toxic Substances, wearing HazMat suits, took soil samples from the site at the upper Ladera Linda soccer fields where it's estimated AYSO dumped between 70-100 truckloads of soil in early 2015.

Initial tests conducted by Alta Environmental in November of last year revealed the presence of DDT and asbestos as well as sewer lines, roofing and other construction material. There was also a question as to the presence of radiation at the site.

At that time, Alta Environmental informed PVPUSD Deputy Superintendent Lydia Cano that "the presence of building debris with asbestos triggers requirements under SCAQMD Rule 1403 which includes completing a contamination assessment, development of a clean-up plan and subsequently executing the plan." Alta Environmental also informed Ms. Cano they recommended RESTRICTING access to the site.

Instead, PVPUSD and AYSO chose to not release the test results as they had promised and re-test the soil using a company (Leymaster Environmental) AYSO (the people who dumped the toxic soil) recommended. The second test results came up clean. In a joint letter to the community, PVPUSD Superintendent Don Austin and AYSO's Brent Daniel declared the matter over.

**It's important to note that as many as 10 truckloads of the same soil was taken to PVPUSD's facility yard for use at schools throughout the District. THAT soil is no longer at the District yard.**

I am avoiding the area and would recommend EVERYONE else do the same.

California Department of Toxic Substances PRESS RELEASE:

"In response to recent complaints received by the Department of Toxic Substances Control (DTSC), investigators served search warrants at multiple locations in Rancho Palos Verdes on Wednesday related to an investigation of soil deposited at the Ladera Linda Park soccer fields by the Palos Verdes American Youth Soccer Organization (PVAYSO).

DTSC wants to determine if the soil poses a threat to the community and the children who play on the soccer fields. DTSC collected soil samples at the soccer fields. The samples will be analyzed for hazardous waste. The soccer organization leases the property from the Palos Verdes Peninsula Unified School District (PVPUSD).

DTSC has been working in close partnership with members of the US Environmental Protection Agency, the South Coast Air Quality Management District (SCAQMD), the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s office, and the Los Angeles County Fire Department’s Certified Unified Program Agency (CUPA) in this investigation."
