Look at this CHERRY HILL is a LOOP and we had access to PV South from CHERRY HILL why can they not appove that now for the safety and evacuations of the PBCA Neighborhood?
Not an official Community website. The abuse of the landslide land..right here in Los Angeles county under the Coastal Commission control. Not enforced, I am putting this up as proof of the issues I call the city about. I will give you the photos and you can see what I see and make up your mind. I am anti top soil destruction and I worry about the safety of the community with all the illegal dumping and untested fill and grading on the landslide.

Today the dumping has begun again they have graded the previous fill load documented on this site down - I am not sure if the city really sent a geoglogist out to visit previous fill here but in any case the lumps are gone ... that is nice but what is not nice is the the new dump has begun, this time they are hiding behind the tree to the left it is harder to film from my home. But it is the loud sound of dump truck gates and the shaking of my home that alerts me to this behavior not the visable dump hils. how can this community ever rise from being a dump? Rancho Palos Verdes is the true Wild Dumping West ... bring your dirt here and put it on the active landslide then blame the 12 homes for their water shed as the primary cause.. oh yeah could be the tons of soil you are grading ontop of the slip plane with out review. THINK?

This is the fine COOPER CONSTRUCTION truck filling up at the fire hydrant today at Peppertree and Pomegranate on the Pony Club property, I so desperatly want to know who pays this water bill and if it is really OK to just plug into a Fire Hydrant at any time you feel like it - why does this just feel wrong all over?

This is a little easter egg from the HOA and Bunny Contractor who visited and left this nearly 3 years ago, it is a pretty black one. I guess it is a good contrast with the Nature preserve in the background. This little love egets to be driven by each morning by residences on Upper Peppertree ... I will visit this next year!
