This is the road next to my home see all this fine chalky dusty fill this is blowing all over my home now they have added this fine BLACK fill notice the difference in Color? This dumping is on private land as the easement is for the road that is clearly established. I am very worried about the white fill what it is in it. This activity and grading is shaking my home this is very sad.
