Now It seems the WAR has escalated HE WANTS TO CONNECT HIS LOTS

Please see the dumping here in this image the lower lot is trying to make a back road to the upper lot  right behind a neighbor.  He feels that all of this land is his to grade and dump on see all the new soil.

Another Successful Truck follow RPV to LA CITY San Pedro JOB SITE

Everyone after several fails at chasing dump trucks I actually followed one and it got really exciting it when to a Los Angeles City Project called GAFFEY STREET POOL Address: 3601 S Gaffey St, San Pedro, CA 90731 the contractor has low bid this project because he can dump for FREE here on the Active Landslide. Here is the FILL hill that is contractor cheater planned to move here to 43 Peppertree RPV on to a lot about 4 up from my active landslide moving home.

Dumping Resumed today On the lot perhaps appx 43 Peppertree

Huge dumping on a flat lot recently purchased this is the second round of full scale dumping on this lot.  The owner and a contractor are seen here dumping... There are already over 20 fill hills on this lot from what I can see and they have the view it blocked.  This owner group has over 8 lots they can now just keep dumping to re mediate sudden holes that only show up on their lots.  This fill was coming from San Pedro about every 20 to 40 minutes.  I reported it to Julie at the City and recorded a live facebook feed. This has been going down all week - I will try and find out where it is coming from..
